Product description
Water bilayer non-stick coating, based on PTFE emulsion and FEP emulsion, is a composite coating with fine wear resistance, prominent non-stick property, excellent corrosion resistance and chemical proofing. It’s applicable to various requirements of non-stick pan, frying plate, baking sheet and other kitchen utensils as well as abrasion-resistant coating.

The non-stick paint of this series is double-layer water-based baking varnish. The undercoat has good performance in resisting high temperature and corrosion and poses excellent adhesive force to substrate; the topcoat PTFE emulsion has good features such as non-viscidity and low friction coefficient, which is in accordance with FDA and LFDG.
Application range: aluminum, cast aluminum, stainless steel and anodized aluminum
General description of manufacturing:
1. Surface treatment: sand blasting, passivation, anodic oxidation
2. Applicable viscosity: direct spraying
3. Optimal thickness: 10-15 um for undercoat; 8-12 um for topcoat
4. Drying condition: the condition for undercoat is 90℃~100℃/6~8 minutes, spray topcoat after the surface is dry, spray topcoat after cooling down.
The condition for topcoat is 90℃~100℃/6~8 minutes, after the surface is dry under the temperature of 380℃~390℃ it takes 15-10 minutes for solidification.
5. Before use go through filtration of 100 filter screens.
Notice
1. It is generally stored in the temperature of 5~30℃ (sealed) and the storage life is 6 months.
2. Completely stir it before use at the speed of 30~40 circles per minute for half an hour. The coating should be rolled equally but no brute force is imposed to keep the coating from generating bubbles.
3.When the coating is heated to higher than 390℃ for a long time, noxious gas might be generated, so please pay attention to the ventilation of the room.
4. Due to the diversity of production environments, please ask for samples to do each test before use
